Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

• Reside in The United States
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are not employees of For The Ducks or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.

1. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post, flyer, or email. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, tagging friends, submitting photos, and submitting information. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
2. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on March 1st and ends on March 31st at 12am CT. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
3. Prize: The winner will receive 24” x 16” Framed Canvas of their entry photo. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. For The Ducks reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 7 days , another winner will be selected.
5. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow For The Ducks to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
6. Liability: For The Ducks is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless For The Ducks and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
7. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of The United States Of America.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of The State of Tennessee. The arbitration will occur in Collierville, Tennessee, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
9. Modification: For The Ducks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. For The Ducks also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
